Transfer over to Scottish Power was fine but then they couldn't get readings from smart meters remotely & I couldn't at home.
Tried phoning several times & despite requesting a call-back you still end up in a queue for a good 20 mins. Eventually spoke to a customer service person who agreed to put in the closing reading from previous supplier as a starting point with them.
So far not a great experience, I have no smart meter monitor indoors now as that has stopped getting a signal, have been told to wait up to 90 days & it might just start to work which seems ridiculous to me!
We will wait & see...

Dealing with ITS is so easy, website is great, the purchasing of the Dewalt Trimmer was so easy and most surprising you can choose when you want it delivered which other tool suppliers don't do.
On the delivery day I had a text with a 1 hour time slot so I didn't have to waste the day hanging around.
Great service, great products, what more could you ask for, I will definitely use ITS again.

Had a text day before delivery with a 3 hour time slot, then another the following day with a 1 hour time slot, guys turned up 10 mins early & called first, couldn't have been more helpful.
The delivery was a really heavy package but was carried to final destination without any issues.
Well done guys
