dont buy machines from this company not honest and not reliable sold me a very badly broken machine described as good condition regardless my calls and messages no replay to any of them ahh maybe I have been honest ohh i fool this guy this is answer to your whole replay mr mike you adjusted machine in specific working settings as soon as i change the setting of the machine whole parts started playing so you didn’t fully serviced you tricked the settings I would not do business again with you and I will not recommend your company to anybody I have been in textile industry 36 years been decent means doesn’t meant that an a fool

You purchased a Brother CM2-B931-1 used machine from us in August. At the time of sale, the machine was fully serviced, tested, and confirmed to be in good working condition. We are pleased that it was operating correctly when you received it.
You contacted us approximately one month ago regarding a damaged part. We responded promptly and have been actively trying to locate a replacement for you. Unfortunately, as this is a very old and discontinued model, spare parts are no longer readily available and can be extremely difficult to source.
We have explained this situation to you by phone and message, and we want to assure you that we are still searching for the required part. If we are successful in locating it, we will contact you immediately to assist further.
We always aim to support our customers as much as possible, even with older machines, and we remain willing to help where we can.

I thought they were good, They look good they welcome you etc but if you have an accident specially business van insurance you are broke for good it is not an ideal company to insure your business van am in debt over 10K one small accident they even couldn't handled that and they handed my case to a no win no fee solicitors year later they don't have recollection of my record stay away from this company maybe not everybody gone same experience like me but I have dont take it personal who ever replayed to this your sorry and help link doesnt cover my my time and financial loss.
