Ik ben al een paar jaar klant bij Winparts. Ik heb alleen maar positieve ervaringen met bestellen bij hen. Bestellingen worden altijd snel geleverd en hun klantenservice staat altijd klaar om te helpen. Bij mijn laatste bestelling vergat ik een klein onderdeel toe te voegen, wat ik altijd bestel voor een kleine onderhoudsbeurt. Ze hebben het onderdeel zelfs gratis aan de bestelling toegevoegd, zonder mijn tussenkomst. Ik voel me op mijn gemak bij het bestellen bij Winparts. Bedankt Winparts en blijf alsjeblieft zulke goede service bieden!

I had an excellent experience with Panda International, specially with mr. Thomas who is an amazing recruiter! They really do their best to help you find a sutable job. Very friendly, always available for contact and clear in comunication.

Currier cannot give a confirmation for receiving the package, says that everything is done digitaly.. now 3 days after the package was picked up and after calling the customer service and sending an email tracking is still not updated, even worse the shipment status says cancelled.. i payed more then 300 eutos for shipment, plus insurance and the package contains a handbuilt bike that took 2 months of continuous work plus the parts that are worth considerable ammount of money.
Completly dissatisfied!

My second order they made an mistake with sending a wrong product, after a short call with a pleasant customer service, they sent me the correct product, told me to keep the wrong one for free, for next project and gave a 5 euro bonus for next order and both orders arrived in a day. I rarely write reviews but this is just an amazing service, deserving the HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS!!! Thanks

After few bad experiences I have to state how recenrly DPD service is visibly growing better.

I am personally really picky with internet orders and further reviews.

We are extremly happy with Luchtbedplaza.nl as well as with the products (Intex bed) they are offering and the cuatomer service they are providing and especially with kind Ms. Yolinde.

We have bought our air bed in January and were higly satisfied with comfort for sleeping, and how easy to use product is.

Unfortunately one morning we woke up on the floor because bed broke on a connection spot.
After contacting customer service and very kind and understanding Ms. Yolinde, they sent us and we received a new bed immediately next day, it was even a newer model.
We are again very happy with the product.

System is working very nice. I do not like that already second time delivery person is tring to leave a pavkage of 26 kg in front of our building for my girlfriend to carry it on 2nd floor, and she is not strong enough.
Once she had to carry it alone and today after polite question, gentlemen rolled his eyes, but did help her in the end. Overall good company, but there is still space to improve.

It is not ok to leave the box of 26 kg in front of the building for 54 kg lady that has to carry it to the swcind floor. We do understand the issue with corona, but worker could at least bring it to the door..

I had a really nice experience with Kamernet, found an apartment in 5 days and aupport was excelent
