Email & text to say parcel would be here between 10am & 2pm, actually arrived at 4.30pm with no communication or explanation in between times. Trying to track the parcel was a waste of time, the best the site could come up with was ‘on the road’. This was a mandatory signature parcel and this instruction was also very clear on the parcel. The driver could not be bothered to ask for a signature or even think to check if the person or address that he was leaving the parcel with was correct, was obviously in too much of a hurry to get away, which was evident by the fact that he raced back to his van where he had left the door open for a quick get away! Great security by the way for any other parcels that he was carrying! Only gave one star as there is no option to give no stars!!
