Incredible service from Paul

I was lucky enough to chat to Paul a few
Months ago about a bike purchase. Not only did I subsequently buy a bike from go outdoors but I also asked Paul to service my Orange Five mountain bike. He went well beyond my expectations and I am now delighted with my bike again - it literally feels like new!

Can strongly recommend Go Outdoors and in particular Paul for bike servicing. (He didn’t pay me to say this lol).

Fantastic experience on our perfect flight!

Fantastic experience on our flight from Gosfield in Essex. Our pilot Adrian was super passionate about flying and his skill and friendly way of explaining everything really made the flight special. The team were also really friendly and getting involved with the prep added to the fun! Our trip was blessed with perfect conditions and a friendly group in the basket. We did wait a while for the right slot to be available, but that wait was worth it. Steve and Shaz

Misleading product description

My Boone 6 seater dining table arrived on time, and looked fantastic once setup. Unfortunately though 16 days after delivery I managed to scratch it. On reading the care instructions, I discovered the table is made from MDF... and is not just concrete resin as marketed. I bought the table because being concrete resin I would have imagined it would be more durable, but that is not the case. The MDF under the very thin concrete resin veneer is white - so the scratch is highly visible.

Customer services will not exchange the table, or even allow me to buy a replacement table top. My only options are to buy another table (obviously from someone else other than MADE) or live with the scratches for however long one keeps a dining table.

Be careful what you buy from them - their marketing is misleading,
