I bought some orthopaedic shoes for my elderly mum in May from what I believed to be a uk company. After a fairly long wait and still no delivery I checked them out and found terrible reviews of this China based company. I tried to cancel order but couldn’t so returned them on arrival. It has taken nearly three weeks and many emails but I finally got my refund today. Stay clear of this company as there seem to be no good reviews at all.

I have returned this item over a weekago and have heard absolutely nothing from your company. Awaiting refund but will not shop with oasis again. Appalling customer service.
