There is a saying that a measure of a good company is how it deals with complaints.
Well Parker Brand have stepped up to the plate.
My multi tool was delivered and unfortunately there was damage which was obviously caused in transit so I contacted PB who acted extremely quick and are sending a replacement parts.
The tool appears to be very good quality so at the moment I am very satisfied.

From the initial enquiry to booking, the service was excellent. The website is very clear and well detailed. Niki, the Travel Consultant, was very polite and friendly. She was well informed and was able to answer our queries. We were very happy to book with Riviera Travel. If the holiday meets their description it will be brilliant. We are confident that this will be the case and that we have booked with the right company
