The shop is amazing! The staff were super friendly. The fudge was absolutely out of this world! We sampled the lemon sorbet, strawberry, salted caramel, and sticky toffee. In the end, we went with the salted caramel, and it was incredible. The staff even explained the cooking process, and you can watch them make it right there in the shop. It’s such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! 👌👍

I attended this walk th day I arrived. The guide was amazing, he provided so much information. I would definitely recommend this walk.

Such a lovely evening. Great guide, great to meet other travellers. Experienced lots of local food that I would never have experienced. So much yummy food. Definitely recommend.

I had a really lovely guide (Nam Tan). He provided loads of information, I feel like I understand the Vietnam history so much better now.

I had the worst experience in this store/customer service in this store this afternoon. I will never ever return to this store. I didn't purchase anything. A number of us left at the same time and the alarm went off. I kindly volunteered to show my bag to the male chauvinist security guard. He wasn't happy enough with this. He snatched my bag. He wanted to open up every in my bag and was so male chauvinist. He had the whole shop looking at me is if I was a criminal when 100% was not. The security guard was 100% male chauvinist, he took items out of my bag that the shop does not sell and tightly grabbed onto them. I said give that back, the shop doesn't sell this but he was male chauvinist and wanted to show a 5-foot, 3-inch, 8 stone girl his little bit of power. Eventually I got my items back. I demanded the manager come out, a young male came out who shouted over me and was beyond condescending. Horrendous experience. This shop demonstrated male chauvinism & misogyny. Disgraceful.

So easy and really helpful experience with Oasis customer services, Mia regarding my returns. I am so happy with the service she has provided.

Its great to earn some extra free money.

Keep an eye on the account as every transaction doesnt always track properly and customer services are not quick.

I cant work out how they payout, same supplier pays very quick on some transactions and others still waiting.
