Cannot return final clearance items and it took over 17 days from placing order to order arrival. Please heed the reviews that state the brand is changing. It is certainly not worth the risk of trusting them based on previous experience anymore.

iTalki does an excellent job of creating community and connections between very good teachers and all levels of language learners.
However, there is evidence that iTalki is not holding their own professional teachers to the iTalki community guidelines within the comment section of their forums.
I have thrice now alerted iTalki support to a teacher who writes about r*pe and m*rder but the comments are not deleted.
The site is fine, all community tutor instructors I have had have been great, but if there is no moderation of 'professional teachers' comments, I am unsure that their distinction is reliable. I certainly want to trust the 'professional teacher' that iTalki has verified.
