Worst ever experience and unhelpful company

Worst experience.McDonalds delivery was over two hours late and then cancelled by UberEats with no reason given or apology!! We decided to re order and this time we waited one and half hours , with no sign of food and thinking the same would happen again we went out and bought food. When we got back the McDonalds was left on doorstep. We had tried several times to contact UberEats with no luck. I complained to McDonalds as I ordered on my McDonalds app but was told it was down to UberEats. Ok so you can only deal with them online. You get some generic response that they can’t refund as that was inline with their policy and McDonalds. I asked what policy is that? My food order was so late. They said they could offer no other reason and the issue was closed. They thank you for your loyalty and wish you a good rest of the day. Went back to McDonalds and explained but they said it was not down to them. Finally a lot later we decided that maybe we could warm the food up. After all that,food and dips was missing. The outside and inside bag was perfect, but one burger was open , top of bun underneath everything else and sauce everywhere!! So now I go back to UberEats to explain and show pictures but because they had closed the case it’s final and they refused to help. McDonalds said the same. Now I feel like a liar. If I was going to lie I could have said items were missing in the first place!! Just hadn’t opened the order!! Anyway lesson learned. I’ll never use this company again!!

Scammers

Beware!!
They trick you into some type of credit agreement and take money at a future date from your original payment.Their terms state that they will give seven days notice before taking any money so that you can discuss with them.They don’t, they help them self to your money!!
They claim it’s the courier who has added extra charges.My courier was UPS and their service was perfect.I have spoken to UPS and they deny additional charges and are aware of fraud by ParcelCompare.
I have an email from UPS to support this.
ParcelCompare will not respond and for some reason PayPal will not help as they stated I set up an ongoing payment.This is where ParcelCompare have set up a credit plan without my knowledge!!
UPS are looking into this and are being helpful.
Avoid ParcelCompare.

Thieves

This company doesn’t deserve a star but it’s the only way to leave a review..
To start with everything was perfect..
Then six weeks later £110 has left my account..
I emailed them as they have NO phone number and they try to make it impossible to contact them..Finally I get a snarky email asking if I’m having a good day etc and that UPS were claiming my parcel was oversized..UPS have denied this and have asked me to contact their fraud department.ParcelCompare have asked me to send pics of my parcel with a tape measure and also on weighing scales. I don’t have the parcel anymore obviously. I emailed pics of the item I sent(small rug) with measurements and they said they don’t accept evidence by email.Asked how do I send and No reply!!
Apparently they can take money from your original payment and although they deny this they do in fact keep your payment details.How else do they just withdraw money?
No problem with UPS just this underhanded 3rd party bunch of crooks..
Avoid ParcelCompare!!
Please also check other reviews and YouTube and you can see that this is a scam that so far they seem to be getting away with..

On the whole I was happy with the price…

On the whole I was happy with the price BUT wasn’t given the price offered on line because I’d done 500 miles over the mileage I’d stated(this was due to long journey day before)
so fair enough maybe but a hairline scratch on one wheel was a bit petty as this was so so minor and even the guy apologised that he had to put it down to get a price…
Guy was lovely and everything straight forward just little bit miffed about the wheel as I was so careful and my car was lovely!!

I would never advice using your company!!
Pay Purplebricks their fee upfront because the Fixed fee quote is not Fixed!! I got told to read the small print!! Disgusting service all round!!
