Disgusted and Insulted

Simply, ordered 6 pairs of socks, arrived, packaging all damaged, socks all detached from eachother! and 1 WORN pair, yes a WORN pair, faded, at the toe and heal, full of bobbles and things stuck to them, and smelling faintly of washing powder!!! Are you actually serious, raised a return, had to click other as the returns menu didn't have an option for 'worn socks' complete idiots, never been so disgusted and insulted in my life!

Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful, and not just today with a completely dead phone, no 5g or broadband which I and my partner use for work, no communication, even after this, but I can rewind, months, years, the broadband is awful, continuously dropping out, and I'm hard wired and meant to get 100mbps, no chance up and down like a yo-yo, and then I get through to someone, who's tells me to perform the same futile attempts to get it going again, and time and time again I tell this this keeps happening, they don't care, they take your money, every month and provide a lower than average service. Don't bother if you're considering these jokers.

Completely useless.. Don't bother. Ordered, heard nothing, no item, no tracking, multiple emails unanswered. Demanded a refund. This was a gift. Well meant to be, do honestly buy from elsewhere. Useless company. Zero customer service.

DISGUSTING!!! Do not touch this company in any way…

Do not touch this company in any way shape or form, they are disgusting and a complete disgrace, I have had my dog insured with them for a couple of terms now, my tiny little whippet cross, with no issues, she had a slight wobble in which I had to take her to the emergency vet, anyway, it was just a blocked salivery gland, it all cost me about £500, anyway, everything submitted by my vet, since then, all they have done is try to wriggle out of paying out at every turn, even telling me I had the wrong breed of dog insured!!!! And tried to double my policy monthly payments, last week they said this, and they were not paying out, and I owed them 55 percent, plus 15 percent of what I had paid for her treatment then bang my policy payment goes right up!! The customer service is diabolical, they don't get back to you, takes ages, they don't answer you never dealt with such a bad company, so I told them I cannot afford the massive hike in my policy and I will have to cancel, so now I've just received a completely contradicting email saying they accept my claim, but can't pay me out as I have not stayed at the inflated ammendment to the monthly price, so they have forced me to cancel and then told me that they won't pay out. Hence the reason I'm seeking legal advice and contacting the FCA and ombudsman, they will not get away with this. Please please do not use this company. Go elsewhere! Thought I was in safe hands, so they have been taking my money every month, and Tia it seems was not even insured, so I will be clawing back every payment as it was like I've just been giving them my money every month for no reason...... Fully expecting a smart ass response, but believe me people, STAY AWAY.

I have been robbed! Luckily I have e worked it all out down to the .000

Been with these for a while now.

Just had my monthly bill, 2 up 2 down small house 2 adults no children
£394 for a month.
I won't put it all on here but sure anyone can work this out.

Nov to Dec. GAS 93 units used. 14.01 per kwh cost £79.01.

Dec to Jan. GAS. 180 units used. 14.01 per kwh cost £277.04

Massive discrepancy no?? Same went for electricity.

In total they owe me £144.95

Absolutely disgraceful I will be seeking legal action, I demand my money back that you have blatantly over charges me to some tune!!

Stay away!

Stay away!
Ordered a nice Leather chair in good faith.
Given a delivery window of 5 days.
Have been waiting weeks now.
26 emails response the same. It will be dispatched in 24 to 48 hours. Now they just don't respond. Says in the order item delayed. Getting zero response and the chair was not cheap either. This company take your money and do not have stock of items they then attempt to source them it seems.
I have requested a refund and to cancel this order. Guess what. No response. Seriously stay away

Absolutely Disgusting

Absolute thieves, keep increasing prices, left me with a massive problem, in April my plan came fo an end, asked them if my 65 per month was covering everything, they said yes, andaske me to go in anew plan with them which Will save me money, so I looked and agreed, new plan started 15/5 2020, bearing mi d in april I was reassured all was ok, then 2 weeks ago, 2 weeks into my new plan, i was told i owe them 229 pound, and they want to put my direct debit up to 158 pound a month to cover this, for 9 months!
I told them how has this happened, they said I have been using too much energy since December, even though I asked them in april and they said it was fine! So left with 229 pound bill! Also I explained I am on JSA due to job loss, they asked me to send them my bank statements to look at expenditure, as if I am sending my personal bank statement to an energy company!!!!! As if. Absolutley disgusted! Going to report this!

We have not had any price increases since January 2019. This would be part of a Direct Debit review that conduct on all accounts every 3-6 months to ensure that you are paying the right amount for your energy. Customers consumption change throughout the months and as a responsible energy supplier we must ensure that your account is not in a high debit balance or a high credit balance. It may be that in April your Direct Debit was sufficient enough for your usage however, as we regularly check accounts and conduct Direct Debit reviews, this would be the reason behind the increase.

Please be assured that we are here to help if you are having any difficulties and our customer care team will be more than happy to assist you. A quick glance at your account and I can see that my colleague has assisted you with your queries.
