I ordered 2 of the trainers in purple and pink/navy. The purple ones turned up but the pink/navy turned up as a black pair. They refunded 10% of the order. So I ordered the pink/navy ones again and this time a black/red turned up. This time they offered to refund 20%. I now have 2 pairs of trainers in colours I don’t want or like.

I have now demanded a full refund of the two pairs that turned off and the pink/navy ones free of charge to be sent to me immediately. Let’s see what happens

The worst company ever!

The worst estate agents in East Ham. Don’t return your calls. Information given to you is false. The staff are only interested in their commission and keep telling their vendors this. Totally unprofessional. Avoid at all cost

The fees they charged are too much and you don’t get the service you expect

Excellent customer service from the moment we walked into the Sleaford store and this continued with the delivery of the goods. Highly recommended this company and will be getting any future beds from here. So much better than the big beds companies

From start to finish we were looked after. Initial enquiries handled efficiently, the estimator knew the correct size vehicle. Ordering extra boxes, no hassle.
We we let down by an incompetent estate agent, review to follow, meaning our dates changed a few times, actual were so accommodating, and gave great advice meaning removal costs were minimised.
On the day they turned up early, packed effectively and we arrived in plenty of to line for the anticipated completion time
Well it was late, excess fee for delay was reasonable , waiver can be bought too
At our new home everything was put where we planned, and very quickly too
Highly recommended isn’t a good enough accolade. Thank you Actual for reducing stress and worry with superb service

I did not deal with the delivery person so cannot comment. The parcel was left with a neighbour

Ordered cake online which was very easy. Received a text on the morning of delivery to tell us when it was due for delivery.

Cake delivered early. All social distancing rules applied due to coronavirus.

Just had some of it this afternoon and it was delicious

Will definitely use this company again for cakes

Too long for delivery . Ordered on 31st March and arrived on 14th April. Emailed on several occasions and only got one response saying that the order will be with me in the next few days which ended up being a week later
