Review of British Airways
My flight was cancelled due to Covid and I applied online for a voucher as I travel with them regularly. A few weeks after I received the voucher I tried to book another flight with them. Not only the vouchers need to be redeemed over the phone (the website does not seem to be able to process them), but I was told that there was a £30 service fee to book my new flight. There was no mention on this on the emails that I was sent regarding the voucher however they insist that this was on the T&Cs made available to me when claiming the voucher - which I do not recall at all and in case it was somewhere there, it would not have been obvious to spot.
I have raised a complaint through their website and I am waiting for a reply.
