Our cat loves his new bed! Straight in it, scratching and then settled down. He has never done that before. We are so pleased that he likes it, he is always so difficult to please.

Service is good, reminders and deliveries on time, have confidence in that. However, it is confusing when , having ordered the medication, a message appears saying that the order did not take and please ring up! In fact, the order is placed and a confirmation soon comes through. Bit confusing.

Sometimes difficult to find your way around when ordering, mainly because the dates shown are wrong. For instance, I ordered medication this week and was told it was due to be delivered on 11th January.

I think the ordering procedure could be easier especially when one's prescription is on batch.

However, I do get my medication correctly and in good time.

Items delivered in good time after my order. However the dates on my home page did say 23rd March 2023, they now say 18th October 2023 - not the end of the world, but quite disconcerting all the same.

Now Pharmacy2U is working very well. The ordering and delivery are now routine, which is exactly what I want. One less thing to worry about!

I ordered an item from Sonic Direct, but unfortunately it was out of stock. However, I received a phone call from them to explain and was offered the next model up at a competitive price. A very polite young man explained all the advantages of the better model, very knowledgeable and polite. The item arrived next day as promised, I was updated on the delivery progress. I would certainly use Sonic again, superb service.

First delivery, so far so good. Only problem was that an e-mail sent with a query (twice) went unanswered.

We have had terrible trouble trying to find a replacement toilet seat. We had a lot of help from Choice Replacement Toilet Seat shop, and ended up with exactly what we needed. Thank you so much.

George loves this bed! He is fussy as are lots of cats. He looks very regal on it…..

As mentioned, it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact this company, in spite of their fine words, the so called "Chat line" takes so long to answer you lose the will to live. My plants have both died, even though I have treated them as advised. So I am now stuck, I would like a refund, but without being able to contact them what can I do. I would not advice anybody to deal with this firm.

Received my pictures and frames yesterday. Very pleased with them on the whole, but a couple of comments. Firstly, there is a label stuck on the front of the Perspex, which is SO difficult to remove. Is this strictly necessary?
The other thing is that the pictures could be more "punchy", a bit brighter and more colourful.
Having said the above I do like the pictures and will keep them!

I chose the full green tariff. Slightly more expensive, but worth it if we are all doing our bit.

This review is not about the product I purchased but the service I have received. I ordered the Joseph Joseph chopping boards size large. When they arrived they were NOT the large size. I found that there were two advertisments from companies both stating large but the boards were actually different sizes. The company from which I had bought the boards has disappeared. The returns advice stated that the return cost was at the expense of the purchaser, which in my case was £8.99..!! Do you really expect me to pay that when the description of the product was unclear? I have already e-mailed Trouva about this but have received no reply. I would usually have gone to Amazon or John Lewis but thought I would try to support smaller companies. Ha Ha! You will need to up your game to compete. Sorry, but I speak as I find.

Wonkey! What a fabulous idea. My husband has a thing about wonky tables, even if we are only there fir a coffee! This works very well as long as you remember to take it with you when you leave.
