Wat heb ik ontvangen?!?

Geen pakbon. Geen label op blik om kleur te bevestigen.

Hoi Rian, bedankt voor je review. Excuses voor het ongemak dat je hebt ervaren doordat je een blik hebt ontvangen zonder label. Op elk blik waar gemengde verf in zit, wordt normaal gesproken een sticker geplaatst.

Zou je alsjeblieft een foto van de ontvangen verf kunnen sturen? Je kunt deze foto versturen via het WhatsApp-nummer 06 51 21 52 52. We zullen dan zo snel mogelijk een passende oplossing voor je vinden.

Nogmaals onze excuses voor het ongemak en we waarderen je begrip.

Worst online purchasing…

Worst online purchasing experience...and I buy things online almost daily!

The customer support is pathetic and slow. My parcel was sent to collection point and not to my address. This would be OK if I was informed, but I had to spend hours on the phone with DHL to figure out where the parcel was.

It took 2 weeks to be delivered although the shipping is 3 times more than what I pay for Amazon.de and that takes 2 to 3 days...and is currently FREE.

Never again will I buy something from this pathetic site!
