GREAT customer service. I ordered some hiking boots but accidentally in the wrong size. I gave the shop a call, they sorted it for me immediately and I have just received my new boots (very fast delivery!) and I love them! Shout out to Jack for sorting that for me so quickly and easily - would 100% buy off them again :)

Ordered a foundation sample and a perfume. Unfortunately my order got lost in the post due to Royal Mail but I messaged the contact and it was immediately sorted and re-sent and arrived in good time. I realised in communication it was just one lady running the business who really cared if a customer wasn’t happy, so for that I felt the need to write a review as supporting small businesses (especially women ran!) is important, and worth noting it’s not some consumer heavy marketing company out to just make money. This lady was fab with communication, sorted my order immediately and even refunded some money for the inconvenience which I really appreciated. Would definitely use again and I hope future customers know that she is a one-woman band just trying to help the ladies, like me, out there try and find something new at a reasonable cost and with care for what she does and the people she sells to ❤️

Fast delivery, excellent service and saves me a 20 mile round trip to collect my prescription! I won’t use anything else now, this is great!

I could not rate Hugo and treats more!! Steven is a great communicator, very kind and generous and obviously passionate about what he does which I think is really amazing and inspirational, more people should chase their dreams! The treats are really well packaged, the dogs loved them and I will be definitely be ordering more not just for my own but for all the dogs that come to stay at the air bnb! Love supporting aspiring new businesses like this! I wish you all the success and keep the treats coming!

Unfortunately my chair and footstool that I ordered came damaged and without screws to fix the legs. I have talked to home base since and sent pictures and asked for screws to be sent so I can at least sit on the chair. I have had nothing sent and no reply which is quite disappointing. I never leave or want to leave bad reviews but I paid £150 for the chair and footstool and it has been sent damaged and I can’t even sit on it. I’m really, really dissappointed 😔

I absolutely love the shoes but after 2 days of wearing them the hem stitching came off the edge of the tongue of the right shoe and is now loose, and when I look down it makes me sad

Great portion sizes and so so tasty!! I researched a lot of similar food deliveries and this one's menu was certainly the best. Great packaging and simple instructions and quick easy meals in minutes. I'm full, satisfied and genuinely happy with the service. My god those brownies too. Not many places do breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks - I feel I got full value for money and I've lost weight, so happy and I'll be doing this again!!
