Poor. Nearly 4 weeks and I have neither shoes nor refund

Ordered shoes on 26th Dec. Unfortunately Pavers still use Evri as their delivery agent despite the well known issues.
Long story short. I had a tracking number which wasn’t working. Contacted Evri customer service and had no reply.
Contacted Pavers customer service , got an automatic reply to say they’re very busy.
Finally got a response from both Evri and Pavers 6 days later!
Pavers just wanted to check my address was correct….(it was)
Evri sent a generic message but the upshot is that they have either lost or damaged the shoes so badly they can’t be delivered.
It’s now nearly 4 weeks since I ordered these shoes and I still have neither the shoes nor my money back.
Needless to say, pretty poor experience

The boxers are great however..

The boxers are great! Really nice and comfortable however the website and membership is confusing.
When I started the subscription it was advertised as a pair of free boxers to try and a 2nd free pair after the first payment when I looked at my dashboard there was no mention of the second pair anywhere. General information is lacking about when to expect next delivery, etc.
The €10 credit has to be saved up & only used to purchase exclusive/expensive items. You can’t browse and choose another extra pair of boxers or socks as an additional item to your subscription boxers.
I only unsubscribed due to these reasons unfortunately

Evri received my packages 2 weeks ago and still haven’t delivered

You received 2 of my packages nearly 2 weeks ago and still have not delivered them. This is a ridiculously long time to have things in your depot.
Your couriers are fantastic and the person who tried to track my package was also very nice but there are clearly not enough staff to carry out your most basic functions. You need to look at your staffing levels and compensatory structures because your business right now is failing in it’s main purpose.

Great experience every time I order from Salons Direct. Unfortunately I don’t get free postage being in Northern Ireland however the service is fast, easy and has plenty of choice. I’m a repeat customer and always really happy with my purchases!
