Poor. Nearly 4 weeks and I have neither shoes nor refund
Ordered shoes on 26th Dec. Unfortunately Pavers still use Evri as their delivery agent despite the well known issues.
Long story short. I had a tracking number which wasn’t working. Contacted Evri customer service and had no reply.
Contacted Pavers customer service , got an automatic reply to say they’re very busy.
Finally got a response from both Evri and Pavers 6 days later!
Pavers just wanted to check my address was correct….(it was)
Evri sent a generic message but the upshot is that they have either lost or damaged the shoes so badly they can’t be delivered.
It’s now nearly 4 weeks since I ordered these shoes and I still have neither the shoes nor my money back.
Needless to say, pretty poor experience
