Lovely clothes but very annoying that they don’t do free returns. The extra £20 helps if you exchange rather than a refund. Clothes are well made and very comfy.

Didn’t feel they worked on our behalf
They got the work done but communication was not great and I didn’t feel they chased the case enough on our behalf. Also felt their fees were excessive.
