I just purchased a kia niro 2024
I just purchased a kia niro 2024. I'm having serious problems connecting to my phone so car can activate everything. I called kia ireland and asked for help. They put me through to support and just hung up on me, now everytime I ring they just hang up on me, they don't even pick up. This is the world's worst service I have ever encountered and I will never buy a kia again. I was extremely polite and grateful for the help when they did pick up the first time. I'm currently on holidays in denmark so my location is not correct as this is all to do with ireland kia and the car is irish owned. The car is 6 months old only
