The jacket I purchased arrived before the date quoted, so must have been dispatched on the day of ordering. The jacket (a keela talus) was a great price and is performing better than much more expensive and less well featured options. Very pleased and will use again. Oops I’ve mentioned the wrong clothing, I actually got a very nice Rab fleece but the service and price was first class as I described.

I ordered about 12 noon with free delivery and it arrived the next day. The gloves I ordered were at a good price and as expected. Thanks Jackson Sports great service. I will be using you again

After I placed my order I didn’t hear anything for a 3 days and then got a call to say my shipping address was incomplete, I confirmed my address and was told I would receive my order by Monday (this was on Friday) and actually received it the following day so very pleased with the service. Thanks
