We bought our RO filter just over 8 months ago and the service provided by Rob was great. Helped with all our technical questions and helped us settle on a solution that worked for us. 8 months on got great tasting water. We couldn't imagine going back to just tap water

We had an amazing 8 days in Bhutan with our Guide Kuenga and Driver Thinley. Sonam at Soul trips (Druk Asia) was also great in helping us arrange the trip. Our overall experience means we would highly recommend Soul trips.

Kuenga was extremely knowledgable about historical facts. We asked him many questions and he patiently responded to all of them. He also went the extra mile to verify detail with Lamas or others so that we get most up to date information. Kuenga’s mother also cooked us the most delicious meal we had in Bhutan as the farm house meal. He was also very patient with us when hiking to take photos and rest as we needed.

Thinley was a great driver and took us around very carefully. He warned us about windy roads and always took extra care of us. We shared some common interests in music and global aspects, so throughout the journey we had great conversations. He also helped us experience unique things- like encounters with a Yak hearder as we were hiking in Gangtey.

Both of them were very flexible with us. They gave us enough time to rest, prioritises our interests and changes the itinerary as we requested. One of the key highlights of our trip was the walk in Gangtey through the Rhododendrum trees. They also always ensured our food requests were considered and found places with local food delicacies.

It was great to hear stories from Kuenga and Thinley from the childhood and real life experience and views as citizens of Bhutan.

We had a fantastic time with both is them, filled with humour, knowledge and fun. We were lucky to have them as our Guide and Driver- they were an excellent combination together and we throughly enjoyed our trip with them.

Having been a customer for over 5 years with black cover I'm very disappointed in insure and go. I thought the premium cover and price to match woul mean that at a time of need with holidays cancelled they would not have used every tactic to avoid fulfilling their own policy. Buy a cheaper product avoid these guys.
