Even Though Incommunities Says Illegal Substances Are Not Allowed Anywhere On Incommunities Properties When Reported They Do Nothing But They Make Out They Do To West Yorkshire Police. I've Also Had A Housing Officer Say Smokers Have The Right To Smoke In Their Homes So They Do As Well ‼One Is Currently Legal For Now & The Other Is Illegal‼
So My Advice Is Don't Rent From Incommunities Unless You Want To Feel Like Committing Suicide Like I'm Feeling Every Day.

Customer Services Have Improved Since November 2023 So To Be Fair I've Changed The Star Rating.

Had Email Stating Between 1200 - 1300 Then I Got Another Email Saying Driver Attempted Delivery At 1450 With A Towards Ground Picture Of Parcel. Which Was Taken The Wrong Side Of Our Block. When Courier Would Have Put Our Number In Their Intercom It Would Have Said INVALID NUMBER Also It Clearly States Above The Communal Entrances Which Flat Numbers. I Used The Electronic Message And It Said It'll Have It Delivered Tomorrow Sunday. But Got Email Saying Tuesday Which Isn't Even Next Working Day Monday Is And NO It's Not A BANK HOLIDAY.
I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WHEN THEY WERE HERMES BUT NOW EVRI I've Had Parcels Delayed And Now Tried To Deliver To Wrong Block.

I Ordered A McDonald's Yesterday & Got Notification Saying Driver Close. My Partner She Kept An Eye Out Minutes Later Still No Sign Checked App & It Said Delivered I Phoned The McDonalds I Used & Was Told To Contact JustEat So I Messaged Them. Since That All I've Had From Them Is Automated Emails This Morning An Email Asking Me If I'm Happy With The Service I've Received. No Contact & No Refund. So I've Deleted My Account & Told Them If They Finally Decide To Refund £18.47 To Donate It To Ukraine Humanitarian. I Strongly Advise People Not To Use These Apps When You Pay UpFront For You're Food Any Of Their Drivers Can Do The Same. Wait Till Hopefully Government Says They Have To Let You Pay Cash On Delivery. This Is Why Their Not Bothered About Drivers Not Delivering To The Right Address.
Last Year Through JustEat I Donated £50 To Christmas Meal Appeal & This Year £20 To Ukraine Humanitarian. Would Have Been More But They Stopped Donations At Checkout.
