When I ordered it it was listed as being in stock but it wasn't. I had to wait, several deadlines went by and it arrived eventually in November. I was disappointed when I tried it on my heavy clay soil it just bounced off. I had to break the ground by hand before I could use the rotorvator.

thank you for this feedback. We are very sorry that this order was late. At the end of last year and into this one, we have seen significant issues with supply chains and suppliers failing on stock, due to the ongoing impact of the pandemic. This situation should finally rectify itself this Spring.
We list items as in-stock, if we have them or our dedicated suppliers have them. On this occasion, their information was wrong, hence your inconvenience. I can only apologise.
In terms of the performance of the product, we will absolutely pass this back to the supplier who will review it and advise us if this sounds sub-standard.
