We bought from Rattan Direct a black…

We bought from Rattan Direct a black table 4 chairs that came complete with cushions and a sunshade 12 months ago. It was of good quality and had served us well to date so we ordered another set to complement the existing one on 25th June for delivery on 4th July. Disappointingly it did not arrive on the due date and after calling them they advised me with apologies that said items were not in stock and would not be until at least the following week. As there was no pre advice of non delivery or that the items were out of stock we cancelled the order at that time. As promised we received our full refund 5 business days later so at least this part of the process worked effectively. If we could guarantee that we would receive our order as advertised we would have no hesitation in ordering another set.

Fortunate Discovery

After disappointing responses from Harvey’s agents I fortunately discovered this company selling the replacement product we required. The water filter was the exact fit for our TwinTec head system and sold at a fair price too.

Truly a Great Boiler

It’s nearly 2 years since we had our ATAG boiler installed and are delighted with its performance efficiency and all but silent operation. Linked to our Tado smart wireless thermostat it provides us with instant remote control of the boiler via our smart phones and also gives us much useful information to act upon. To date our ATAG boiler has not missed a beat so for us it has lived up to its much deserved excellent reputation.

Failure of waterproof Rapid Hiking Boot

I purchased a pair of waterproof boots together with waterproofing spray. After 14 months of light use (mainly on pavements and hard pathways) and regularly spraying them both boots began to let in water leaving my socks wet. I have offered to return the boots for analysis so that the fault can be identified and future customers of these boots might not suffer the same fate. I have now accepted that the 12 months warranty advised by Customer Care applies but am disappointed the company have not taken up my offer of return of the boots for inspection. I must say that Alicia Wyatt of your customer care team has been polite in all her replies to my enquiries.

Departure lounge Services

Flew from Bournemouth Airport to Tenerife on Tuesday 28th February and returned on 7th March. Such a pleasure to have the opportunity to use our local Airport avoiding all the melee and stress experienced at London and larger airports. The reason for only 3 stars is the scandalously bad food and ridiculous prices at the departure cafe. We foolishly paid £22.10 for a plain bacon sandwich (2 dried up bits of bacon between 2 slices of bloomer bread) a bowl of lumpy porridge with sliced banana which had to be returned for some additional milk (only half eaten as it was still too stodgy) as well as a small pain au raisin and a flat white coffee (pictures of the poor offering available). The person serving in W H Smiths departure area could also do with a customer service course. All other airport services were excellent from check in to security and embarkation as well as passport control and baggage collection on our return.

Good budget seat

This is my second seat of this model having purchased one in February 21. Ensure you tighten seat down firmly as movement side to may cause the harden plastic across the securing screws to fracture as I experienced.
