I ordered the ladies full length Sandringham riding raincoat size 10. As I'm only 5ft 2 I was over the moon to find it is the perfect length for my short legs!! I ordered it just before our 2 day heatwave so have only tried it on at the mo. Can't wait for rain!!😅🤣

for 5 months we have tried to arrange for a Smart meter and direct debit payment method for my partially blind mother. The meter was eventually installed but by extremely flippant e-mail we were informed that the 2nd generation meter is unable to manage direct debit billing and she will have to use the top-up cards,"sorry for the inconvenience".
Absolutely appalling customer service, will be switching to another company a.s.a.p.
