HORRIBLE customer service
Bought a 1500 euro laptop to start school with. It arrived with some sort of hardware defect. Freezes every time it boots.
I have registered it for a return on their website, no response. I've sent 3 emails, no response.
If you try calling them there's "no one available".
Not able to start studying because I'm stuck with a broken laptop for over 2 weeks now with NO RESPONSE at all from kijkshop. Completely unacceptable. This was a massive investment for me and I feel I've been robbed.
