My surveyor Tom produced a very thorough report and he went above my expectations in his investigations. Very helpful and friendly throughout. Customer service was very good. Overall I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

I initially received a faulty product but, after letting them know the issue, the customer support team were incredibly helpful and responsive. A replacement was sent and arrived the next day. Overall, a really good experience and I will definitely buy from The Replace Base again.
