looking for a log basket. they had an amazing selection. Very good quality and perfect service. if it didnt fit when we got home we could just bring it back . We didnt need to as it was perfect. We bought a log burner from Bonk and Co a few years ago and its going just great

It would have got 5 stars but it was delivered with a pressure mark on the fabric right in the front of the Sofa. I don’t know if it will come out but in any case it should have been spotted before it was delivered

having just had fibre installed .my old phones did not work. I asked via email to EE store for some help regarding digital phones . I asked 4 specific questions none of which were answered. They just replied and said look at the web site. I asked the questions because the web site didnt give sufficient informatiion . I ordered 4 digital phones at circ £150. When setting them up only 3 would register even though the instructions said you could have 5 phones. What it didnt say is that if you have any boosters that is taken off the 5 . We have a large house and needed 2 boosters which then meant only 3 phone would work . anyone want a digital phone going cheap !! With all the problems I had with EE/BT in getting broadband there is no way I would recommend anything to do with EE, as soon as my 2 year contract is up i will register with someone else

very prompt reply over checking on the receipt of a gift card from over a year ago. we were not sure if it had been delivered as we had not been contacted by the recipient

something wrong with your web site . it would not accept my cards all of which I have used many times before. I tried several times over a couple of hours and just gave up

Attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble . All the paperwork and tickets all presented in plenty of time. Good background research to help on choosing destinations and ships and hotels . Also very understanding when we changed things and work had to be done again.

I was not at all happy with Plumbworld as it took almost 2 months to deliver a sink which they had not stated at the time of the order. when it arrived this morning it was smashed to pieces which when you looked at the very poor packaging was not surprising. It then took over an hour to make contact with them. However when i did get through Alison in customer services could not have been more professional she gets my 5 stars. Plumbworld at the moment get very few. I await to see how the replacement works out.

I ordered a simple plastic washer for a dishwasher that i wanted on next day delivery. When I ordered it they then said they couldn't do next day only standard. all they had to do was put it in a jiffy envelope with a first class stamp. No I had to pay a silly post and package price and it was delivered in an oversized cardboard package after a week. Very poor.

The blinds arrived on time. These were the second set we have had. Disappointing as clearly the quality control was lacking as both blinds were not placed on the roller so that they were square. so when rolled up they are tight up to the roller on one side with a 5mm drop on the other. it spoils the blind.

Order process was good and the staff helpful particularly the manager Robin.
