Awful!

Awful!
I ordered a dust extraction fan and trunking and as o needed it urgently, paid for next day delivery.
The fan turned up damaged as clearly the package had been mishandled but if it was packaged with sufficient protection this wouldn’t have been a problem.
I informed ParkerBrand of the damage and they showed zero interest in sending me a replacement but just asked me to send photos and then more photos of the damage and even after having sent these to them still they wouldn’t dispatch a replacement until they had the original back for assessment although they had clear evidence of the damage from my photos.
They wouldn’t even consider organising a courier to drop off and collect at the same time despite using the same carrier for both.
So after over a week, once they had the damaged one back they then told me they didn’t have a replacement to send me anyway.
Well thanks ParkerBrand, you couldn’t have said that a week ago!
Awful, uninterested customer service , I won’t be using this supplier again.

Great service.
The first time I’ve used this chandlery.
I placed just a small order for a few bits I needed and it was delivered just a couple of days after ordering.

Octopus Energy. You can’t do better!

Excellent service and such an easy to understand website.
Everything is so well explained and if you do need to speak to a human being they are there on the end of the phone line for you.
Add to this some of the best tariffs available and totally green energy from renewable sources, what’s not to like.
Would I switch to a new supplier? I can’t see a time when I would unless Octopus start doing something very different!

What is the point of safe place if you don’t use it!

Although delivered correctly and without damage, I specifically asked due to the value of the product that it be delivered to my safe space which is behind my gateway a few yards from my front door, NOT in my porch. As can be seen from your photo it was placed in my porch in full public view.

Old and corroded now good as new.

A fantastic job by the guys at The Wheel Specialist as I never thought a pair of kerbed and badly corroded alloys could ever look like new again. But they do and at a very reasonable price too.

Again the app didn’t work for the third…

Again the app didn’t work for the third time in recent months.
Then when we tried to cancel because we got the vehicle going apparently the call out was already shown as cancelled so I dread to think how long we would have waited had we not got going ourselves. You need to sort out your tech.

A nice product but needs a couple of tweaks.

A very nicely produced product an delivered in a reasonable time.
The only couple of criticisms I have is that in using fabric ties instead of elastic it’s difficult to achieve a nice snug fit around the face and there should be some form of wire across the nose as our glasses must up due to not being able to achieve a good seal across the bridge of the nose.

Hi Jeremaine! thank you for your purchase with us and your feedback, we found that during development that ties offered a more secure fit than elastic and was less painful on the ears.
