Not the best customer service
The cost of the service was a lot more than what I was told before the time. During the service they call me to inform me that they have to replace the breaks, I was informed about the cost as well as that it will take about 45 minutes. When I returned to pick up the car 45 minutes later I was told that it would be another 30 minutes as they first had a coffee break - couldn't they inform me about this when they called me and told me to return in 1,5 hours instead of 45minutes?
