Delay and terrible quality

Order arrived with 2 weeks delay (the customer service was mostly unhelpful with trying to locate my parcel). the quality of the items is awful: synthetic materials, crinkled, badly tailored. I guess for the price you cannot ask for much. out of 15 items, I am only keeping one. And the return process is far from being smooth either - you submit a request, and you have to wait for their response and the label. Backward!

Top notch and very professional service

Top notch and very professional service from Diane. I received my custom made pillow cases very swiftly and they were gorgeous. Diane promptly supported me with dealing with a measurement issue (that was my own fault) at no extra cost! Superb service, and quality items. Thank you!

Arrived on time, finished early, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in great shape for my end of tenancy check-out. I even got my full deposit back. Terrible quality checks, swift customer service

I was very excited to receive my Mick plant. It was my first order with Patch Plants and everything went smoothly until I realised my plant was actually sick with brown stains all over. The customer service promptly dealt with a replacement, which required of me to be home. The replacement was worse than the first one! So after two failed attempts, two days wasted of delivery or collection, I asked for the plant to be collected and a refund. Not sure why the plants passed quality control when visibly damaged.
The customer service was very swift though, but overall the experience was disappointing. I won’t use Patch Plants again.

However impossible to reach on the phone to chase my HomeKit Day 2 test results - they are over a day late.

Worst customer service - stay away!

I sent my entire order back on February 10th. While Brexit has played a part in making the return complicated, Scholl didn’t have the right paperwork generated despite being six weeks after Brexit was put in place. It took me two failed attempts with UPS and ten emails with Scholl (without counting the time spent on the phone with UPS) to finally get a commercial invoice.

My return was finally sent on March 19th. It arrived in Italy (Scholl warehouse) on March 25th and has been stuck there since then, as Scholl isn’t providing the necessary information for custom clearance. I have sent numerous email to customer service, and everytime I’m being told my request is being dealt with.
To date, my parcel is still in the same UPS warehouse, waiting.

It’s been the most tedious and frustrating process ever.
The lack of responsiveness, the lack of transparency, the inability to call the customer service... this is literally like holding your customers hostage!
I will never buy again from Scholl. What a shame.
All it needed was a knowledgeable and reactive customer service!

Avoid at all cost

Not sure if adding yet another negative review will make any difference. So many things are wrong with this company! The lack of transparency, the terrible customer service, the contradictory information, the difficulty to get any confirmation in writing, the hours spent on the phone trying to sort out a contract wrongly issued after a house move (and being promised no contract or change in my monthly fee would occur), the call centre staff that is less than competent...
it is all fine until you want to leave and they make your life absolutely impossible!

Highly professional and effective

I needed a carpet clean for the end of my tenancy. The team made every effort to understand my requirements and Martin showed up with all the necessary material to operate in a very narrow flat. Carpet was pristine, service highly professional and good value for money. Will definitely use them again!
