The product does take a while to be delivered.
I did have issues ordering the 2nd time arund and ended up ordering twice without even realising I had already ordered! Same product and quantity but at two different prices.

Product perfect - installation not so
Product great, delivered on time.
Was a bit upset / confused that I paid £45 for the machine to be installed and all that happend was the fella put the plug in the wall and turned it on. I expected it to be made level and the handle to be put on.

We are sorry that your expectations of what was included in a dry installation were not met. Previously our dry installation service only included plugging in and turning on the appliance, however we have now changed this and going forward levelling appliances is also included in the installation service. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Best of all - I rang ahead and was advised they were very dog friendly.

Three attempts to pick two very simple products.
What should have been a simple collection turned out into a 40 minute, rather frustating visit.
When a member of staff recommends you "Get yourself a coffee from Mcdonalds and come back in a bit" it does leave you with little faith in the system.
