Lost My Package and only gave me £5 compensation!

My Ltd. Company has been with InXpress for years now and although most of the time things run smoothly, lately a case has arisen where FedEx lost our package. The goods were worth £50 and the postage was £30. InXpress have offered me a £5 refund! I'm so disappointed that I didn't just use ParcelForce or even Royal Mail. At least the compensation awarded would have covered the goods (they have £50 as standard and you can choose a £150 service). For the cost of the £30 courier I expected a premium service which would be quick, efficient and if it all went wrong I assumed they would hold they hands up and cover the costs. I was wrong, don't trust them, save some money and just use ParcelForce

Don't buy a Peloton!

We were impressed with the adverts and the bike and company looked high end, they installed the bike and after about a week it started cutting out halfway through a workout and displaying error messages. Tried phoning their customer support but they never answer and tried online chat but it always said there was no one available for chat. Just want the bloody thing gone as it's taking up space, have cancelled my direct debit, so just waiting for them to call me now they are not getting my money!
