Lost My Package and only gave me £5 compensation!
My Ltd. Company has been with InXpress for years now and although most of the time things run smoothly, lately a case has arisen where FedEx lost our package. The goods were worth £50 and the postage was £30. InXpress have offered me a £5 refund! I'm so disappointed that I didn't just use ParcelForce or even Royal Mail. At least the compensation awarded would have covered the goods (they have £50 as standard and you can choose a £150 service). For the cost of the £30 courier I expected a premium service which would be quick, efficient and if it all went wrong I assumed they would hold they hands up and cover the costs. I was wrong, don't trust them, save some money and just use ParcelForce
