I’ve used K10 for a long time and always thought they were fair. However the management in Mallorca has changed, and they are now very actively scamming damages and aggressively targeting minor damages which were not previously noted on the report. When I queried this having used them for years they said - “this is a business, it’s our job to win money against customers”.
Could not deliver my order on time - kept shifting the delivery window to say “on time”, in the end I had to leave for an appointment and they refused to cancel the order, so I had to pay for it, and now it says “delivered”. Customer service have been extremely unhelpful, they gave me conflicting information and can’t tell me why my request doesn’t meet the cancellation criteria. They just parrot back answers that don’t correspond to what you’re actually saying. I am deleting the app and won’t use it again.
I am beyond grateful to Move to Spain for all of the amazing work they do. They provide free templates on their website, a fantastic forum full of advice and feedback from applicants currently going through the process and input from their highly experienced team, and most importantly support for your application either in a DIY document review format or if you have less time, fully managing your application. They also partner with a very good tax advisory service.
I used their DIY service and the input and reassurance they gave was critical to the success of my application. I couldn’t have done this without Move to Spain!
Do not purchase from this company - my Evergreen capsule didn’t work with my machine. I returned the capsule after confirming with Evergreen by email, I sent them the postage receipt and 6 weeks later I still have no refund. They are slow to respond and there is no excuse for not processing a refund as per their policy.
*Update* the company has now processed my refund after my threatening to post this review - which they also did not respond to until I actually did it
I was absolutely appalled to find my order arrived individually packed from China in non recyclable cheap plastic.
When I spoke to Mother Earth about it they tried to justify that everything is “bulk shipped” from china globally for sustainability reasons. However when I pointed out my package was individually shipped not bulk shipped they apologised.
They admitted that the cheap plastic packing needed improvement.
They also offered me the “solution” of shipping the item back to china at my own cost so that they could “send me a replacement” -?!??!!?!
I am horrified by this - I bought the product to have less impact on the environment not more. And I am also really doubtful whether the whole company is a sham or fake version sending fake items from China.
If you can’t trust the shipping and packaging, or the company’s response to an environmental issue which is their key selling point, it doesn’t give me confidence the strips don’t also contain harmful chemicals.

Major breach of trust - when i applied for my policy in the DKV office with the member of the sales team, I handed her a paper copy of my application. She then assisted me with submitting an electronic application but with my medical history she told me as all the issues were “resolved” I didn’t need to declare them. I trusted her as a member of DKV sales who does this job every day. The consequence of this is now that my authorisation requests are declined because I didn’t declare my history. I have made a formal complaint to DKV who will not respond to this major breach of trust and lack of professionalism.
Update: response from DKV suggesting I submit a complaint - I’ve already done this and DKV have said they thoroughly investigated and the sales person (“he” although it was a she) has said they didn’t tell me to put this on the form. I’ve had no indication how this affects my policy or the consequences. It seems there is no accountability or responsibility.

The rubber mats I ordered smell to the point that it's making me sick to be in the car with them. I've emailed Car Mats UK twice now to request an exchange they don't reply.

The pots I ordered were not clearly advertised as being open at the bottom. Trying to return them was really time consuming and frustrating - each email response I got didn't address the points/questions Id asked - it took 24 emails and 5 phone calls.
Crocus agreed the pots were not clearly advertised then changed their mind and I had to pay £25 for collection. I took a day off work and waited in, no one turned up. Crocus agreed they "might" be able to cover the cost of collection. They agreed to look into it and call me back but never did. On the 2nd attempt, they were meant to call me 30 mins before so I could pop home and they didn't! When the collection finally happened after 2+ weeks of having an enormous box blocking my hallway, I asked for compensation for my time and my email went unanswered. For all the time it took me I would have been better off swallowing the lost money and giving the pots away.
Would never recommend and would never buy from Crocus again, although they do have some lovely products.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read you are unhappy with your order and can see as per the website it advises that the base will be open to let excess water drain away. As the pots were not faulty, we sent the returns information to you which advised we can collect for £25 if another courier quoted you over £25 for the return.
We are sorry the collection failed without any notice and can now see the bowl was collected and you have now been issued a refund for this.
The day after I placed my order, I was advised that the item wasn't in stock and was offered an alternative at additional cost. I accepted, but it took almost 2 weeks for Pure Naturals to respond to my request for an update on delivery, meanwhile they kept payment for my original item. I then requested a refund so that I could get the product elsewhere on next day delivery.
Although the refund was acknowledged and confirmed swiftly, I am as yet to receive funds to my bank account, and we are now a month after my original order!!!
