Appallingly inefficient company

Appallingly inefficient company. Closed account with electricity supplier SSE and settled account on moving home over a year ago. OVO took over accounts from that company and have been harassing me for payment for electricity used by new owners ever since. Ignore e-mails, texts and postal communications; apologies and promises made by ‘phone have proven worthless. Actual 'phone reps pleasant but seem to lack any systems which would permit them to be helpful to customers. Unbelievably poor customer relations.

Update 23rd March: Apparently helpful comment from OVO in fact is simply a standard reply to complaints which refers you to a website, the primary function of which is to facilitate the payment of accounts. I strongly suspect that Trustpilot reviews are not actually read, let alone acted upon.

Company no longer contactable.

No acknowledgement of order and no response to several e-mails; I presume that this company is no longer in business.

E-mails sent 14th, 18th and 20th July, the first asking if order received and when to pay; no response from company at all.
