Horrible!! It took them four months to process my claims, I had four of them and then they denied all four claims saying may dog had preexisting condition, which he didn’t. He hadn’t even been sick for three years. They also say they look back 180 days which is a lie. They requested records all the way back three years prior! They charged me premiums and denied all claims. Don’t waste your money with this place, total scam!
