Easy speedy service

G4L had a sale on an outdoor sofa we'd been looking at elsewhere so, based on the reviews here, we went ahead and ordered. Spent an extra £5 for expedited shipping, and it arrived before 10am the next day. AWESOME!

Hopefully I'll never need to evaluate or comment on after-sales support; so far the sofa seems great!

Great products, speedy delivery!

I really love the products from this company, stretching the brains of children (and adults). Genius Star is the current house favourite, but we've tried a few and had no duds yet.

I would say the minimum age is a bit on the conservative side (our then-5-year-old was comfortable doing "7+" puzzles), but as there's really no upper age limit for many of the products, it's certainly not an issue.

Delivery was super-quick. We took advantage of a clearance sale (I do find the regular prices a bit high) and stocked up on puzzles to give as future birthday presents to friends. It only took a small number of days for a rather large box to show up in our front porch, with the contents very neatly organised and in pristine condition.

Highly recommended!

Parcel delivered on time

I was messaged the night before saying "your parcel will be delivered tomorrow". I was messaged on the day with a 2hr window. The parcel arrived right on time, handed to me by a friendly driver. Pretty hard to complain about that.

What a great way to see Copenhagen!

What a great way to see Copenhagen! Everything was incredibly slick and straightforward, and we figured it saved us about 40% on what we would have spent otherwise.

Be sure to check the attraction details ahead of time though. For most of them you just show up, but for a few you need to pre-book a time slot.

The highlights for us were: the zoo, Tivoli, Experimentarium, Stromma Canal Tours.

If you have kids and are planning to do even one major attraction per day, the card is a no-brainer.

Fast (though not quite as fast as "promised") service

If I could give half-stars, this would be 4.5/5

This was the first time I'd ordered medication for my dog online, after switching vets to a clinic that didn't stock it in-house. The process was simple and straight-forward, and the price was excellent.

I chose to go for the express service, and this is where the half-star loss comes from, as the website presented mixed messages about this. On one hand, it did say that prescriptions need to be reviewed, and this can take a day or two. On the other hand, when choosing the express service, it specifically listed the date for delivery (the date being the next day). Needless to say, the first trumped the second, and the medication arrived a day later than expected (two days rather than one day). For us it wasn't a big issue, and two day delivery is still pretty fast, but I call it out as I feel the delivery dates at the point of check-out are misleading, and you should be aware of this if you're buying something that is ultra time critical.

So, in summary: great prices, simple website, fast delivery ... just maybe not quite as fast as "promised".

Would I use it again? Yes, I absolutely plan to place future orders with this site.

Ordered some beer Thursday afternoon, got an "it's on the way" email Friday, and my beer was with me in time for lunch on Saturday. Staggeringly quick service! And of course the beer is pretty tasty too. A huge thumbs-up from me.

Great customer service!

Great price on a new bicycle helmet. There was an issue with communication from the delivery company, but when I reached out to Tiso I got three personal email updates from Tiso over the course of the same day. Absolutely top-notch!

The helmet did arrive a few days later, in perfect condition. I'm very happy!

(I'm updating this review to add a star)

I ordered a single suit jacket on sale and it arrived quickly and fit nicely ... hooray.

Then I ordered a few more, which took a bit longer to arrive, and unfortunately weren't a size/style match. So I took to the online return system, which was super easy to navigate, handled my return off to Yodel who got it back to Moss Bros quickly, and ....... now nothing for a few weeks. No refund, no email confirmation, nothing.

I took a screenshot of my customer account section where the parcel was even acknowledged on their system as being in the return hub, and tried contacting customer service via the website but ... well ... read every other review on this site.

UPDATE: I tried customer service on Twitter and got an apologetic reply only a few hours later which then led to my refund being immediately issued.

Incredible customer service result for broken motor

After ~3.5yrs of trusty service, the motor on my Shark went up in smoke. I did some research to see if I could replace it, and discovered Shark sells motor base units for ~£80. Great, except it looked like my model has been discontinued, so I gave them a phone call to find out if there was a compatible unit I could buy.

The customer service rep I spoke with couldn't have been better. He confirmed that my model had indeed been discontinued, but there was a new model (effectively a replacement model) which likely would be compatible. He then took some details, asked when I'd bought my vacuum cleaner and, after a few minutes on hold, asked if I'd received an email. Sure enough I had: a confirmation email that a new motor base was being sent out under warranty.

Despite the holiday madness that's overwhelmed most sellers (and shipping companies), less than 18 hours after I had my phone call DPD was knocking on my door with the replacement motor base. It connected perfectly with the rest of my unit and in only a few minutes I was finishing the vacuuming that had been interrupted the day before by the motor failure.

Wow, wow, WOW!!! I cannot think of a better customer service resolution than this. Shark, you've impressed me.

Tredz made my bicycle purchase great!

My experience with Tredz to get a bicycle was stellar and I won't hesitate to use them again (in fact, I need to as I forgot to order a kickstand).

I chose to purchase a "nearly new" (probably used on the store-floor, but never previously sold) bicycle, very happy with the compromise of a few scratches for a significant discount. I was really impressed with Tredz's process here: it's not just a generic "assorted scratches" on the product page, but a detailed account with photographs of every defect. In a weird way, I felt that through these pictures I already knew my bicycle before it even arrived.

When I placed the order, I was given a target delivery date (I can't recall exactly, but I think it was ~10 days), along with a warning that their courier was swamped and there might be a 48hr delay.

The day before estimated delivery, the bicycle was being built and I got an email saying they found a few more scratches and offering compensation if I wanted to proceed. I gave them a phone call, had a quick discussion with a very friendly person, and concluded it was a no-brainer to say "yes!".

Given the bicycle wasn't picked up by the courier until late afternoon, I figured it would probably be another 2-3 days before they actually delivered it. But at 10am the next morning there was a knock on the door and a man with an *enormous* box was there waiting for me.

Building the bicycle was a breeze. It's the standard "rotate the handlebars and screw on the pedals" routine, but Tredz made it even easier by including a whole set of tools. They also threw in some basic lights which was a nice touch!

Going back to the start, this was a "nearly new" bicycle, so I was able to find the minor scratches they'd documented, and a quick scan suggested to me they'd missed nothing.

I really couldn't be happier. It's been a crazy year, and a lot of other bicycle shops have not been able to cope (both with stock and service). I gave Tredz a try because of its TrustPilot review, so I wanted to share my story and say you should give them a try too.
