The surveys are by and large interesting, and some are thought-provoking. I don't feel like I can discuss the topics but today I was asked a number of questions about which I had not really given much thought at all. I also enjoy the opportunity to give feedback about some products and rarely, politics. And finally, it's an interesting and fun pastime. I'm glad I've been given the opportunity to participate.

I was shut out of 2 complex surveys w/in a few days on which I had spent some time due to "failure of a verifcation/check/failsafe question"so I have decided to quit this survey process. I don't have an editic memory and expecting someone to screenshot or print a list of 25-40 choices is somewhat . . . ridiculous, and I have no idea where I erred either time. It could have been a simple error thumb typing. Anyway, I'm apparently not a good fit.

I did have a little bit of trouble activating my purchase, but the employee who helped me was very nice, and solved my issue right away! Thank you so much! The product is exactly as described and I am very pleased with my purchase! Wish I'd known about them years ago.

I wrote an email to you 3 days ago and have yet to get a response. If this is how your insurance works I'm going to cancel the policy.
