Review of Bloom Eco Cleaning

Spotless service!

I chose this company due to the google reviews and easy to use website (you can actually see what each bit of cleaning costs!). The team were brilliant, responsive and on time. The clean itself was incredibly thorough and they took the time to ask that I was happy with each room. Worth every pound and I've since rec'd them to lots of friends.

Shameful exploitative company

My flight was cancelled in July 2022 and I requested a refund through MyTrip immediately. At first they couldn't find my booking and then I was sent a faulty payment link. After promising a refund would come in 3 - 5 days its been months and nothing has come.

A horrendous company that stinks of fraudulent practices. The company appears to be HQ'd in the US and I am complaining to the consumer protection and airline regulator.

Poor quality, can't recommend

Overall the cabinet looks fine, but there were numerous issues that means I can't recommend this company. Firstly the delivery was weeks late and the package arrived with big dents / holes all over.

I hired a professional to assemble the cabinet, but there were numerous manufacturing errors that made it almost impossible to put together. The holes on the base were not properly spaced which affected the structural integrity. I had paid extra for LED lighting, but again, the holes had not been put in the right place. An incredibly frustrating experience.

I can understand your disappointment with the delay to your shipment, our new shipment of cabinets was delayed by the manufacturer and we had very little time to communicate the delay to our customers patiently waiting.

Sorry to hear the cabinet was received with damage to packaging, we send all our products out in pristine boxes, the condition of the box will be as a result of the carrier. Good to see that whilst the packaging was damaged the cabinet itself withstood rougher than usual movement in transit.

Our cabinets are commercial grade cabinets and we aim to make the assembly seamless by preassembling parts of the unit. We have since amended our instruction manuals to make the assembly of the cabinets much smoother.
