Placing the initial order
Placing the initial order from an advertisement was a bit misleading.
However the order for the coffee machine was placed after a misunderstanding - My daughter ordered what she thought was the full kit with carry case and it turned out to be just the carry case. So I then had to order the coffee machine to go into it! Not ideal but my husband is thrilled with it and the team were helpful.

The box I received is good quality
The box I received is good quality. However the size is much bigger than A3 and so it does not fit where it was planed for 😞
It is quite a lot bigger than alA3 and bigger than. advertised

Hi Fiona, The box is advertised as A3 as it is designed to take A3 paper or card . For a box to be able to take A3 internally, it will always need to be slightly bigger externally. We do provide both the internal and external dimensions on the all our product listings so our customers can check sizes before ordering.
Update: We have checked the box again and we do have the correct external dimensions on the website?
