Avoid and save yourself the headache!

Avoid at all costs! Very bad customer service, very similar to the previous bad reviews. Bought a 6 burner cooker and one of the burners doesn’t even work. Have called, emailed and whatsapp messaged to try and get this resolved but the issue still hasn’t been fixed nor have I heard back.

If there was an option for 0 stars it would be 0. As soon as you’ve purchased an item the company no longer care and are not helpful at all, as they’ve already got your money.

Please avoid!

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, don’t make the mistake to go with this company.

I signed up last October and have sent numerous emails to have this cancelled and to pick the bin up. Each time I speak to them there is another excuse and they charge more than the agreed amount and increase the price.

And now they want 18 months payments for a cancellation when I never agreed to a 2 year contract

Don’t use this company for alarms

Don’t use this company for alarms. They are not reliable. The alarms work temporarily and they give limited support. The engineer came twice to fix my alarm and after that the fobs stop working and the alarm still isn’t working. They’ve also increased the payment without any notice. When I paid them, they refused stating they haven’t received any payments. Also they are unprofessional and unfriendly while communicating over the phone. I strongly do not recommend anyone using this company.

Happy to take your money with false promises

Happy to take the full amount of monies upfront promising everything would be in place before the start of the season so that rentals could start straight away. But a number of failed handovers due to issues with the caravan not being ready, safety issues, missing inventories, broken and missing fixings, outside including decking not cleaned, wifi removed leaving us with nothing saying it was now site practice and could be up to 12 months to get re installed due to waiting lists. Madness!

All areas above prevented the caravan being rented out in particular the safety issues not being addressed. It was also the Sales Manager who recommended the rental company who then tried to put penalties on us when the bookings all had to be cancelled due to the sites continual failures to address issues.

Asked for refund in writing a number of times during the cooling off period as was our rights to be continually ignored yet continue to email us on other areas.

Plot fee being stated at start of contract not a standard pitch fee but a premium which also was declined to look into.

Management continually did not take the phone calls or respond to messages left always stating on training or arranged periods off. A total shambles!

Contacted the CEO a number of times at Head Office to get sorted who just passed it back to Southview holiday Site in Skegness to deal with which they continued to ignore everything then stating outside of cooling of period when they did which legally is never going to hold up as its all dated and in writing.
