I've only had two experiences with your…

I've only had two experiences with your company, both not so good. The first order I made, I was sent the wrong filter and had to send it back.
I signed up for a subscription to keep receiving filters, got one, then was charged again a month later. Upon calling, I was told I had two subscriptions and was told it was too late to stop the second one and I could return it when I received it. Now I have to go to the trouble of sending another one back. What is so difficult about this?
