Kept changing delivery dates and even the delivery time an hour before the slot.

Brilliant fun

Brilliant fun. Not for the inexperienced so be sure to get some local trails under your belt first but the blue trails are fast and testing, the reds we did are technical but great fun. Uplift is super efficient, loads of buses and space. Food and drink places including great coffee…..well worth the drive. Ps…..trek slash hire bikes were great too. Makes it all a lot easier than hauling your own bike.

Faulty item

Difficult to review fully as the seatpost appears to have a manufacturing issue upon taking it out of the box. When raised with bikeparts i was advised it would need to be sent back for a warranty inspection despite just being taken out of the packaging on delivery and not even fitted to the bike.

I am sorry that the seatpost arrived with with a potential defect. We have to return parts to suppliers/manufacturers in cases of warranty problems, this is why you were asked to return it to us.

Inconsistent quality

Inconsistent quality. Another pair of jones shoes that need returning for a better made pair. Great shoes but come on jones, you let yourselves down too often by not having high enough quality checks before they leave the factory.

Shopping and delivery was great but pre fitted saddle

Shopping and delivery was great. Sadly they sent a saddle that had very evidently already been fitted to a bike. Sent a message to sigma but got no reply.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

We do sell previously returned items, as all items should be returned unused. Our Returns Team will inspect all returns and deem if they are as new and if so put the items back to stock to be sold again. Which I believe is what has happened with your saddle.

I can see that my colleague replied to your email Friday afternoon requesting some images. You are of course welcome to return the saddle and we will issue you a refund, but I hope we are able to come to a resolution for you.

I will reply follow up on the email thread you have with my colleague.

Very poor

Placed an order on line which gave no indication the items werent in stock. Initially told the order had shipped which was incorrect and then all of my emails were ignored. I cannot recommend this company.

The issues you experienced, including incorrect shipping information, items not showing as out of stock, and emails going unanswered, relate to problems under the previous ownership. These failures should not have happened.

Pest Help is now run by a new team with proper stock management and customer support in place. Anyone affected is welcome to contact info@pesthelp.co.uk so the team can resolve any outstanding issues.

9 days for an engineer?

While i cannot fault the bg engineers when they arrive, waiting 9 days to get a boiler fixed with no hot water or heating in December isn’t really acceptable. I don’t mind waiting a couple but 9 days? I’d rather get a local heating engineer round in future within 24 hours and likely not pay much more annually than the price of homecare plus the repeated £60 call out fees. If you are happy then feel free to give them money every month and shiver while you wait.
