Terrible delivery service

Delivered to wrong address multiple times had to wait for 3 delivery attempts for the right address to be delivered. I understand you checked and had it resent - however once again it was delivered totally the wrong address and had to call myself fir a 3rd time to have it delivered only for it to be left min the hallway of the building labelled - signed by consignee- complete lie

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have your parcel delivered incorrectly more than once. Unfortunately, this was due to an error with the courier, and as soon as we were made aware, we arranged for the order to be resent to ensure you received it correctly.

Order arrived 2 weeks late and damaged

Order arrived 2 weeks late. Despite numerous calls and being told it will be there the next day...3 separate times. When finally arrived was bent and damaged. 50 auid for a piece of metal. Never use again.

I am very sorry to hear you've not had a good experience with this order. I have looked into this and can see you placed this order on the 1st of January. Your order was dispatched with FedEx but unfortunately was showing as pending a shipment which then was escalated with the FedEx team. We then were informed that FedEx had an incomplete address which is why your delivery was delayed. As we weren't made aware of this, we weren't able to have this rectified sooner for you.
Due to the inconvenience of this, your postage was refunded as an apology for metals4U. I can assure you this is not the level of service we like to provide for our customers. This feedback will certainly be getting passed over to the courier as our customers are our main priority!

We always try our best to have any issues rectified as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you wish to send over images of the damage, we will be more than happy to create a replacement order for you to have dispatched as a matter of urgency. Parcel left in bin!

Delivery took forever, no updates. Finally when the product did arrive, the courier thought it was a good idea to 'secure' in the communal bins with all the rubbish. Not ideal when ordering towels. Would not order through DUSK again.
