Customer service lacking
Like so many companies these days it seems they're great until something goes wrong! I will say we happily used the pods for 2 years with no problem saving money and waste on normal coffee pods. Then a lid broke. I ordered a new pod and a replacement lid. The pod showed up the lid didn't. Several emails back and forth later over several weeks, chasing for a response every time and they finally agreed to send a replacement with tracking information to follow. Which it never did. I chased and chased, no response. Seems they'd decided just to tell me what I wanted to hear but not actually do it. Months later, no reply, no lid. Luckily they're not the only company making reusable pods now. The pods are great, the company is not. Very disappointing customer experience.
