Abysmal service. In ONE week, parcel delivered to who knows where/wrong address. 2nd and 3rd parcel not received says delivered and its not! The 'delivered' picture shows THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD!!! Literally dumped 2 parcels in the road.. never to be seen again. 4th parcel damaged. Reported and been told 3 5 D A Y S!!!!!! To do investigation and come back with findings. What a bloody joke. Useless customer service, and thats even if you manage to speak to an actual person!

AMAZING! Order was shipped very quickly, so beautifully packed, such care and detail to everything. The selection, options and descriptions of fragrances and other scented items are just delightful! The little extra dabber sample was a lovely surprise. I amd definitely going back to order full size scents and other samples.
