I bought a Meaco dry ABC 10L Dehumidifier 3 years ago and have been really happy with it. Recently it has stopped collecting water. I contacted the company and they said it was out of warranty, but they would give me 20 % off a new one. I have been trying to buy a new one since December. I have phoned lots of times and left my number for sales to phone me back. I have never recieved a phone call back. Very disappointed

Review of Zen Internet
My parents transferred from talk talk to zen on monday 1st February. The line did not work and there was no internet .I phoned up straight away as we needed both as my father was in hospital and it was the only way my mother could contact the hospital due to covid and no visitors allowed . The man I spoke to said there was a fault on the line and called out open reach 2 days later ( no update from Zen) they came out and found no fault on the line and said there was a fault with the router. I phoned up Zen again and asked for some one to look into this urgently as my Dad was coming home on palliative care on Thursday and we really needed this sorting by then. I asked to be kept up to date on progress and recieved no updates. By Friday and a lot of calls to chase up the problem still was not resolved and the medical teams needed a phone line and broadband to plug my father's machines into . I hired a telecommunications expert who came and replaced wire . It was fixed within 10 minutes. Disgusted with the service from Zen
