Favourable price and the oil arrived just two days after putting the order in. Driver contacted me ahead of time so I could unlock gate and he was helpful and friendly.

This company takes into account that some over 80s are fit and well, so they don’t put an unreasonable hike on the premium price. The best I have found.

a) Was able to get through initial menu quickly to reach a HUMAN BEING.
b) I got a helpful gentleman who was efficient and quick, even though he spoke a bit too quickly for me. He was quick to get back to me when the phone call dropped off, so we didn't have to start from scratch again.
c) I was able to get a sensible quote without having to obtain a medical 'fit to travel' letter, which another company wanted. I am a fit 80 year old with no medical conditions (apart from eyes and ears, both well managed and declared).
d) I bought travel insurance from Staysure some years ago and was pleased when a friend reminded me of their existance.

Parcel turned up as promised, no problems.

Delivered on time and as expected, happy with the service.

After receiving the wrong plants and some miscommunications, one telephone call sorted out the situation and replacement plants arrived promptly and I look forward to the blooms in the summer. Parkers plants generally have been very satisfactory.
