Balfe’s have provided me with great customer service throughout my purchase. From my first enquiry around using a voucher and the process to being able to reserve the bike I wanted and then answering some questions I had post purchase. They have been helpful, efficient and friendly!!

Ordering was fine, website and order system worked well and was kept up to date with with delivery really well.
The aftershave was lovely and I thought the option for personalised engraving was a really nice touch, unfortunately the engraving was quite small and not straight was frustrating and disappointing.

Beautiful flowers delivered on the same day, very high quality. Looked impressive and couldn’t fault them.
