The bottle of wine I had was smashed on delivery!!!
Terrible handling by Hermes, the very least you could do as a parcel delivery service is not break parcels labelled Fragile.
This was a parcel from a professional wine merchant so was packaged well.
It was obviously broken on delivery yet the delivery agent still left it.
Very poor Hermes, must do better !
